What Attendees Say
Hear why enterprise leaders and solution providers keep coming back to WoW.
I loved the event and will be back next year. It was a great bonding experience with other like-minded individuals. I really enjoyed the conversations and meeting everyone. This event was a lot more intimate than other conferences.
The provider group separates itself from other industry events in their intent to learn and problem solve versus sell. The timing allowed for ample networking time, which is where the best conversations start and continue.
The WoW experience was truly phenomenal. We had ample time to socialize, network, and reconnect with everyone in such a vibrant and positive setting. There's really nothing quite like a WoW or ClubVMSA event.

Meet the workforce leaders already registered for WoW 2026. The attendee community is updated regularly as new executives, practitioners and industry leaders join us.

WoW is built around candid conversations, curated roundtables, shared perspectives, and active participation — every seat in the room has a voice.
Choose your journey across mastery, innovation, and influence — or weave between all three.
We’re curating roundtable and breakout leaders across all three tracks.
Day One is built around highly interactive executive roundtables where attendees rotate between conversations, exchange ideas with peers, and help shape the discussions that matter most.
Executive Roundtables are intentionally designed for participation, not presentations. Each discussion is limited to approximately 10–12 participants so attendees can share ideas, ask questions, and learn directly from peers facing similar challenges. Attendees join three roundtable experiences throughout the afternoon.
The final roundtable rotation features the most popular discussions from the earlier sessions. Based on attendee participation and demand, the conversations generating the highest interest will return for one final discussion before the networking reception.
This dynamic format lets attendees join the conversations creating the biggest buzz throughout the event.
Final roundtable selections will be announced during the event based on attendee participation.
Unlike traditional conference sessions, Executive Roundtables are designed to be highly participatory. Every attendee contributes to the conversation, shares experiences, and leaves with actionable insights and new professional connections.
